Mechanics of 'APE's.
This tea break book is to describe some of the mechanics of the dynamic quanta of space itself (the 'APE's).
Our space is composed of 'APE's that are composed of 'Complex volumes', a 'Real' fixed volume and a variable 'virtual' volume that the Real volume creates by enclosing/encapsulating/existing in.
You can say that the (toroidal) 'Real volume' is embedded in the (spherical like) 'Virtual volume'.
These volumes I call 'Complex volumes' are the 'APE's. The 'Real volumes' are 3D bound volumes, and the 'Virtual volumes' are 4D bound volumes. It is these 4D space bound volumes that are the quanta of space.
They have a 5th dimension which is the density(1) of the 'Real' space itself verses the density of the 'Virtual' density(0).
The addition of various time dimensions (the momentum of time) and various curvatures results in the following:-
A multidimensional Spring:- a alpha helical slinky joined to itself to form a circle. If you compress the spring it will push back out, if you stretch the spring it will pull back in, but there is no need to do either because of the momentum of the internal Spring will compress it to its minimum contraction and then expand to its maximum stretch, but unlike a normal Spring that just ends up pulling/pushing its coils closer/further away from each other (in simple harmonic motion) this spring increases its coils (curvature) as it shrinks, and reduces its (curvature) coils as it expands, but in addition (because of momentum) it reverses its coils (curvature) on the next rotation to the beta helical slinky. Thus it takes 2 rotations (720˚) to get back to the beginning, and is its own opposite half of its cycle (in secondary ²time).
In addition the coiling and uncoiling with the 'forward momentum of time' creates a twisting force forwards and backward (in and out) proportional to its cross sectional inner/outer area, and acts like a alternating twisting vacuum pump.
It also now has wave characteristics to all of its dimensions including the density of its total volume.
Now imagine that it is these wave like 'APE's that are embedded in our separate outer space. I rename our 1,2,3D space dimensions as 7,8,9D space.
I must also emphasize the different time dimensions:-
¹time (primary time) is eternal, and can be thought of as the amount of real space in any volume.
²time (secondary time) is the time associated with the 'APE's internal twisting/rotating/spinning.
³time (tertiary time) global time is our tick tock time of clocks, (and is a cumulative time of all the ²times of the 'APE's).
While I am here there is also 'temporal time' which is actually a 'duration of time' in our consciousness, it is not clock time.
These 'APE's have 2 other important properties that can change their structures/densities.
If they are independent they can superimpose themselves in the same ³volume (tertiary volume).
[You can think of this as a kind of 'superposition' of the 'APE's].
In so doing they increase the density of energy in that space, this has a tendency to expand the space around it.
To clarify the ¹volume (primary volume is the 'Real' volume) that can not be superimposed upon itself.
The ²volume (secondary volume) is the volume of the total 'APE' which includes the 'Real volume' and the 'Virtual volume' which can be superimposed by other 'APE's, subject to the above.
³volume (tertiary volumes) are volumes at the global scale (our scale), they include all variations and combinations of the above.
The second structure is when the 'APE's interlock themselves (knot) together in the same volume, they are no longer independent of each other and act as a group.
[You can think of this as a kind of 'entanglement' but is more permanent in nature].
In so doing they contact each other and increase their forces (tighter coils, greater curvature). They have a tendency to contact the space around them (beginning of gravity and matter).
At the same time they lock in their chirality (bias for left or right handedness, mirror images, opposites).
Both structures can exist in the same ³volume, and the 2 structures create flows (fields) of other 'APE's between them in all directions 7,8,9D.
You should also see from the quantum nature of the structure of space itself there can be no theoretical real smooth curves or any point like particles in the real universe! These are just simplifications of reality for calculation purposes and should not be used to conclude or specify by forcing what reality should be like according to these false assumptions about reality.
All waves should be considered theoretically lumpy/discrete like composition (quantum in nature).
All particles should be considered theoretically as having spaces inside of them, specifically an empty hole in the middle.
Using the above, both classical and quantum is just understanding the nature of interactions between multidimensional 'Complex volumes', observation is just another interaction that changes the nature of the 'complex volume' being observed, it doesn't create reality, it just modifies it.
You can not expect to observe something that doesn't exist in the first place (like trying to find a point particle at x). Or expecting something to be somewhere and everywhere in a smooth wave function.
Ignorance is not knowing, not concluding you know, based on incorrect assumptions.
Probabilities is just the amount or ignorance you have about a system.

I thought of another way to explain/visualise the mechanism of 'twisting spiralation' of the 'APE's. This is the twisting, turning and spinning of the ¹volume caused by the intrinsic energy momentum.
To simplify the visualisation I am going to eliminate some of the curvature by cutting the toroidal ¹volume of the 'Spring' and straightening it out, so that it looks like a normal slinky or spring.
The spring is now either a alpha helix or a beta helix.
With a normal spring when you compress it, it will shrink until all the coils are touching each other and you cannot compress it any further. It will then expand to its normal length, but at this point you can stretch it further, making the coils even further apart. If you stretch it beyond a certain point you normally break the spring, if not it will return back to its original length. During the whole of this process the spring always stays in its original form of either an alpha coil or a beta coil.
Now the 'APE's 'Spring' is slightly different, it too contracts to a minimum where the coils are touching and expands as the coils get further apart, but at the same time the coils get tighter as it contracts and the coils get less tight as it expands to a maximum where the coil in this simplified example becomes a straight piece of wire!
To visualise this process of curvature imagine the straight wire is fixed at one end and we start to twist it by rotating the wire, the wire will start to twist along its axis and as you relax the tension it will start to form a normal spring making more coils (more curvature) as you keep on twisting, eventually you can't twist anymore (maximum curvature).
Now start to twist it back in the other direction, it will start to uncoil (less curvature), but you will notice if it started as an alpha coil it stayed the same as you increased or decreased the twisting.
Now keep on untwisting the wire you will eventually come back to where the wire was straight (minimum curvature). Now don't stop untwisting just keep on going in the same direction of the untwisting, you will start to notice you are now twisting in the opposite direction to when you first started to twist the original wire, ie. You are now creating an opposite coiled spring, and it will eventually reach maximum curvature (coils all touching) then uncurl spring back out to the beginning again. I hope you can see that both alpha and beta springs were created by this process, and this is what the 'APE's do except that they have additional curvature because the two ends of the spring are attached together, so the spring itself is also curved and not straight.
In total this creates a 'volumetric Spring' that expands and contracts in a wave like motion.
